POSITION OVERVIEW:

Economic Development Winnipeg’s (EDW) mission is to promote and influence economic growth in Winnipeg. The team is made up of passionate Winnipeggers who build connections across our city and diverse industries to lead, facilitate and promote Winnipeg’s economic development and tourism efforts. Reports to the Director of Corporate Partnerships, the Manager, Partner Engagement and Events will support the Director of Corporate Partnerships in the development and execution of our new corporate partner program, while tracking performance and sales progress. You will also lead the strategic planning and flawless execution of key partner and stakeholder events across the organization. Your role will involve cultivating strong relationships with strategic partners, overseeing event and initiative delivery, and serving as a connector across departments to ensure our partner program is activated organization-wide.
