In a city that cheekily dubs itself “Winterpeg, Manisnowba,” arctic gusts, thick ice and piles of the white stuff are constants. Rather than suffer, Winnipeggers have decided not just to embrace their winter, but to rock it.

We can hop off at The Forks National Historic Site, zip in for a beer at The Common or grab a bite in cozy SMITH lounge.”
