Where can I get my free ticket for the Street Party?
Tickets for the May 20 Whiteout Street Party are now sold out.
The free tickets are limited to four (4) per account. Subject to street party capacity of 27,000, tickets will also be available at the street party gates. For fans who don’t have online access to download tickets, True North has printed 5,000 tickets (a segment of the 37,500 tickets), which will be available at the Bell MTS Place Box Office (Portage and Donald). Box office tickets will be limited to four (4) per person.
If I have a ticket to the game, can I still get into the Street Party?
If you have a ticket to watch the game in Bell MTS Place, that ticket will also get you access to the Street Party. Just bring your game ticket with you at any Street Party entry gate to be scanned in.
How much does it cost to enter?
Attendance is free!
Will we be able to watch the game live?
Yes! The Street Party will have five screens to watch the game live, set up at strategic points throughout the premises. This includes a screen in the family zone at Millennium Library Park. You won’t miss a single second of the action.
Is there a maximum capacity for the Street Party?
Yes. For Western Conference Final Street Parties, it's 27,000 people, which includes the family zone at Millennium Library park.
Are there washrooms available onsite?
Yes, there are portable washrooms located throughout the site.
Can I bring a lawn chair?
Yes! You will have to bring your own chairs if you want to sit, and there will be lots of standing room.
Can I bring my own food or drinks into the Street Party?
Outside food and drinks will not be permitted – but there are some great food trucks and beverage options at the Street Party. You can pack a single-serve snack (like a granola bar for the kids).
There are water stations onsite (on Smith south of Graham, and on Graham west of Donald), so bring a water bottle!
Will I be allowed to smoke?
The Street Party site is a non-smoking venue. This includes e-cigarettes.
Is there an ATM onsite?
Yes! Please note that vendors are cash-only, so either bring cash with you or find the on-site ATMs when you arrive.
Will food be available for purchase?
Yes. There will be some food trucks at the Street Party so you can grab a bite before and during the game.
Will alcoholic beverages be available for purchase?
Yes - but there is an alcohol-free zone at the Millennium Library Park.
Are there items not permitted at the Street Party?
Yes - flag poles, hockey sticks, or anything that could be used as a weapon will no longer be permitted in the Street Party. Signs with offensive or derogatory messages will not be allowed - if you're not sure, just ask.
No outside alcohol, smoking, e-cigarettes, or drugs of any kind will be tolerated at the Street Party.
Bags and backpacks are no longer allowed onsite (except diaper bags). A free bag check will be available at the Bike Valet area, at the corner of Donald and St. Mary.
Are pets allowed?
We ask that you keep your furry friend at home (guidance animals are permitted on-site).
Will there be an accessible drop-off point if I have mobility impairments?
Yes. A drop-off point for accessible parking will be available in the loading zone in front of the Radisson Hotel (288 Portage Avenue) during the Street Party. There will be clearly marked signage during these times.
Will there be security onsite?
Yes. We want this to be a safe space, and are working with the Winnipeg Police Service, True North Sports & Entertainment, and the Downtown BIZ to make sure the Street Party is safe for everyone to celebrate.
Where can I park my bike?
Bicycle Valet Winnipeg will be operating in the cityplace loading dock, at the northwest corner of St. Mary and Donald. Check out their website for more information.
How will the party affect traffic downtown?
There will be some street closures and Transit reroutes around BellMTS Place. Details can be found here. It's a good idea to allow extra time to get around downtown. Winnipeg Transit has more information on affected routes. Download and use the Waze app for real-time traffic and incident updates as well as traffic re-route options.
Can I be part of the 50/50 draw going on inside BellMTS Place?
Yes! Fans have the opportunity to get in on the in-game 50/50 draw at the Street Party. 50/50 sellers will be roaming around the area – be sure to catch one for your chance to win!
Anything else I need to know?
Dress for the weather (whatever it might be that day). Of course, we encourage all fans to wear white for every game!
Do I need a ticket to enter the family zone?
Yes. Entrance to the family zone is now at the southwest corner of Smith and Graham.
Please note that you do need a ticket to enter the family zone area of the Street Party. Children aged two and under do not need a ticket to enter the Street Party.
