The Covid-19 Challenges Procurement Program: NRC IRAP and Innovative Solutions Can

This program will post challenges seeking near-to-market solutions from small and medium-sized businesses (fewer than 500 staff) that need financial support from the National Research Council of Canada Industrial Research Assistance Program (NRC IRAP) to refine and sell their product or solution to meet a COVID-19 related need.

Innovative Solutions Canada will be posting the challenges on their site in the coming days

The Pandemic Response Challenge Program: NRC (R&D based)

This program will receive $15M to build teams to address challenges requiring further research and development for solutions to meet COVID-19 related needs. The NRC will build these teams drawing on internal-to-government capacity and academic researchers who register to indicate their interest, and related areas of expertise and capabilities

Residential & Business Tax Deferral

The City of Winnipeg is waiving penalites for unpaid property & business taxes for up to three months following their due date. The City is also waiving the Tax Instalment Payment Plan program fees on both property and business taxes until October 1, 2020.
